Their help has been instrumental in our growth and success. This crew is awesome!!! We love them! Britt has done a fantastic job braiding!! We would not be braided if not for her!! Esther and Britt are the primary harness-ers. Mike does the back breaking work of loading and unloading equipment and putting on the final polishing touches. Mike runs in all directions, he is being pulled constantly and does it with a smile and a willingness that is remarkable. Everyone has had to multitask but each and every one of our crew is unique, gifted and important. Stu and I are very lucky to have such a great crew and we sincerely want to thank them for every minute they have devoted to this huge undertaking. They have been there for the thrills of victory and the agonies of defeat. We do want to give an extra special thank you to Esther for being able to step up and handle almost anything we throw at her. She can handle the most difficult horse with ease and she has been referee for Stu and I. Esther, an RN, has doctored us back to health after injuries and wrecks and just generally is like our right hand. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty and has learn tremendously fast. We rely on her probably too much...thank you for everything!!
